Sadie Swoon is a boutique vintage caravan bar that provides so much more than just drinks. . She has since attended many a wedding, corporate event and significant birthday! She is much beloved by all that meet her and the service from her has been heralded as excellent from many a happy client.
Sadie travels within the Wellington Region including the Wairarapa and also to Horowhenua and Manawatu areas. If you are hoping she will grace your good times beyond Wellington, please just ask.
Sadie comes to serve your drinks to your guests and to provide that something extra to your day. You simply supply the alcohol and somewhere to chill the drinks beforehand, and Sadie does all the rest!

We’re incredibly proud to have been named North Island Winner and National Winner for Best Catering - Beverage at the 2026 NZ Wedding Vendor Awards.
Sadie has been rolling into weddings and celebrations since 2017, so having what we do recognised on a national level was a pretty special moment for us.
We love creating a beautiful, relaxed drinks experience and being part of those unforgettable moments that make a celebration truly special.

When you meet Sadie Swoon you meet Rach & Jarrod!
We are newly weds who know all about the stresses of organising a big event and having it just perfect.
We first met Sadie Swoon at our friends’ wedding where Sadie served in all her glory. It was love at first sight and we knew Sadie had to be ours!
Fast forward a few months and Sadie joined our family. We are super excited to continue her outstanding legacy and infamous service and can’t wait to bring her to your special event soon!
